M&A Technology Workshop Approach

Beacon Integration’s workshops are designed to produce an actionable roadmap necessary to achieve a specific transaction related objective, and provide valuable insight and training for the organizational leaders who will be responsible for putting the roadmap into action.

In advance of the workshop, our designated workshop leader will work with the executive sponsor, internal subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information, identify key participant skills, and refine the workshop agenda.

The workshop itself will focus on post-merger integration best practices, value capture and creation, and integration processes, with an exploration of common failure points and strategies for successfully addressing them.

The participants then build on this knowledge to create concrete action steps, placing them within a timeline and assigning specific responsibility for each step to a specific individual or team. This approach removes roadblocks by clearly outlining responsibilities, giving each team member a clear vision of the complete process, and allowing them to take ownership of their role within that process. 

Participants will leave the workshop with a workable action plan for post-merger integration success, and the skills and understanding to implement it.  

All workshops are custom-tailored to meet the scale and complexity of the particular objective, and are offered at a fixed-cost structure which includes travel within the continental US.
